Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy ~ Be at Peace

Don't hurry.  Don't stress. Don't melt down.
Be at peace!
Enjoy your children.  See the magic on their faces?
Turn on Tchaikovsky, as loud as your neighbors can stand.
Go outside and dance to the Sugar Plum Fairy.
Feel the sunshine on your face.

Breathe deeply.

In this magical photo are my niece and nephew.  A poorly edited photo, but the magic is still there.
Blessings to you, this weekend before Christmas.

Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold,
everything is softer and more beautiful.
~Norman Vincent Peale~

PS:
You haven't really lived until you've seen
Baryshnikov dance!
Click here for 1977 version. Own a piece of historical Christmas magic and educate your children about Ballet, freedom, the cold war...or you can just stay on lighter subjects and stick with Christmasy topics. LOL

The Nutcracker is my all time favorite ballet, and no one can compare with Baryshnikov. (What a hotty!) Your niece and nephew are adorable! I always choose to dance.
Thanks for sharing with us.
Hugs and happy holidays,
Patti

Your niece and nephew are adorable! Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog. If you like string quilts, I have a Pinterest board you might like for the eye candy, called "Silly for String Quilts." I'll send you my Pinterest profile. Cheers!

Well, I guess I don't know how to send you a profile if I don't have your email address, but I see you've got your own string quilt board so I'm following it now!

You are so right Patti. No one can compare to Baryshnikov. I wish I could have seen him dance when he was young. I Like to watch him FLY in his old videos.

Hey P. Thanks for stopping by. I will find you. I tweeted that string pattern last night. I'm so excited about it.
